Born in Schenectady, New York, and raised in Exton, Pennsylvania, he was influenced early by his father’s work in chemical engineering and environmental consulting—a background that later aligned naturally with his current work in environmental compliance and sustainability. Terry earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from George Washington University and a Juris Doctor from Pennsylvania State University in 2003.
